Conference Dates are 12th,13th, and 14th October 2023.
Book early to reserve your rooms. Bookings for this hotel must be made under the name CaSES Conference. Booking can be done via their website.
If you are unable to obtain a room at the Grand Coastal or prefer a different hotel, the following hotels are recommended:
Caribbean Inn. This is at 86 Agriculture Road, Mon Repos, ECD Guyana. This is eight minutes’ drive to the conference at Grand Coastal. All bookings for this hotel must be made under the name CaSES Conference. Bookings can be made at any other hotel of your choice. Depending on the location of the hotel, the organizing committee will provide transportation from the hotel to the conference at Grand Coastal. At least two weeks before the conference, please whatsapp your name and the hotel that you have chosen so that we can make the above arrangements. Thank you.
At present, we are organizing an out-of-town trip to view several sceneries in Guyana’s interior. This trip will be a day trip and it may or may not be fully sponsored. Details will be confirmed. Please take this into consideration when booking your trip.
